“A guide accessible to all, to better understand what’s at stake online.”

— BFM TV

“This book will teach you to defend yourself better.”

— ZATAZ

This site puts the book into action: every checklist action and every recommended tool is drawn from it. The book is the full “why”, with the context, the stories and the shift in mindset.

A book built for everyday life, not for experts

Who is it for?

For individuals who want to stop falling for scams, freelancers and business owners who want to protect their work without becoming experts, and parents who want to guide their families online.

Hands-on

Every chapter ends with concrete actions: what to check, what to change, what to do when in doubt. You apply as you read, no hardware or technical prerequisites.

A shift in mindset

You won’t just memorise “rules”: you’ll understand how attackers think and why we fall for their traps. As a result, you make better decisions, naturally.

Accessible to all

Technical notions are translated into everyday analogies, in a simple, human tone. If you can use a smartphone, you can understand and apply this book.
